ABOUT THE BOOK

Kindness Now is a journey through the traditional Buddhist heart practices known as the Brahma-Viharas -- Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Appreciative Joy, and Equanimity -- the essential teachings for a successful meditation practice. Throughout the 28-Days of guided meditation practice, you will learn to become a kinder, more compassionate, and radically loving person.

You will strengthen the basics of a mindfulness meditation practice while experiencing how heart practices guide you towards deeper transformation, personal growth, and connection to your authentic self.
